IT project managers develop systems or part of a system. More often than not, the organization that’s going to use it are not as tech savvy as the PM and his team. Things may seem simple and self-explanatory to people who designed and implemented it, but the user experience is a whole different aspect of the project success. The reality is simple, the best program/application in the world is worthless if users hate using it. The complication lies not just in the program interface, but some people just hate change. They are hostile towards anything that disrupts their routine and would reject anything outside their status quo.
